I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. I do not feel satisfied with INH which is a drug that prevent tuberculosis. Since I do not really need to take it. I call my doctor to make sure if I should stop taking INH or not. He checked me and the nurse withdraw two tubes of blood to get tested and see if this drug is affecting my liver. I will see the doctor this Thursday again to get my results but the doctor already told me to stop taking INH to compare how I feel by not taking it.

I take medications for headache indiscriminately. No favorative. I take headache medication maybe 3 times a year. They are all the same to me. Now I use Ibuprofin.

My depression has lifted significantly, but not enough to say I think this is a great med for me. I've gained 10 pounds, have frequent bad headaches and believe that my vision has deteriorated. I am much more irritable and intense. I had great success with Prozac for many years and then it just pooped out. Since then I have been on just about every depression med. I had a surgery for a hammertoe correction and they gave me a lidocaine shot before starting to numb me and it did nothing to numb the pain. They increased the dose and it still didnt work. I have also used lidocaine patches in the past for my back and have not felt any relief from them.
