I love it! I have had seasonal allergies for the last 2 years that has caused me to have asthma. (Note I'm 34 and never had asthma before in my life!) In March my allergies start so I start using the twisthaler before my symptoms get to bad and it helps every time. I have never had to use a rescue inhaler. I usually use the twist for about a month and im good until September when my other allergies kick in! I truly recommend it.

I was on this for a year....originally bad PMS, I was told to take it for 10 days a month, then me and my long term partner split and I was told to take it everyday to support me. I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material. I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc...
