It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. I just had a back surgery last week to remove hardware that I had put in 3 years ago when I had a fusion done of my lower back and this is they gave me oxycodone for the pain.
