To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. I love this medication. It is one of the only cough medicines that really work for me. It last almost the whole time it is supposed to unlike other cough medicines, because it's thick enough to coat my throat. I also love the orange flavor that it comes in. The grape flavor I don't care for as much.

Wellbutrin XL

It makes me feel better emotionally. I only have a slight increase in depression and some impatience. It makes me constipated. I sometimes have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. I also sometimes have headaches. But overall it works O.K.

Off-label prescription for insomnia, co-administered with other serotonergics by an incompetent PA. Only took 7 half-doses, spaced over 2 weeks. Profound neurotoxic reaction included shock sensations, hallucinations of vibration, and eye-movement irregularities (seemingly permanent, as it has been over a year now).
