Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. I used Mononessa for about 3-4 months. I started back in late February and ended in June. Over that time, I had very intense mood swings and many crying episodes. I usually am a very positive person and I could not get into a good mental place. I was also vomiting much more often and I experienced several intense headaches and multiple mild ones in a month.
