Vaginal thrush was very severe itchy and painful, and i used yogurt for a couple of days, the only relief i got was the cooling effect of the yogurt however it did not do anything for the thrush infection (it seemed to make it worse or not better at all) and therefore had to use gyno-daktarin instead.

paracetamol does not do anything! i can never feel any difference than before taking it, but maybe it does kind of stop my nose running and relieves me from coughing, other than that, i do not take paracetamol for any other reason.

i started taking loseasonique as a method of birth control in january of 2010. i asked my gynecologist about this pill because i wanted a way to reduce the number of periods i would have a year, without IUD implantation. so she gave me two 3-month trials of loseasonique, as she thought that 3 months would not be long enough for my body to fully adjust. i have been on the pills for over 5 months now, and the breakthrough bleeding is just as bad this far in as it was in the beginning. the fi... I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides...
