I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. You don't need a drug to make you do your every day activities, maybe every once... View full comment

My daughter was on this pill to help regulate her periods. For 3 months her stomach has been an absolute mess! She can barely eat without feeling sick and nauseated. She went to her Dr. and her blood pressure was 160/109! She is only 19 years old. Her doctor was very stupid....did not take her pressure again before she left the office and just told her to stop taking Junel and gave her another prescription for another pill. Later that night, I took her to a store to use their blood pres... View full comment

I prefer ibuprofen over other pain reliever such as tylenol. It works great for multiple pains, such as mentrual cramps, headache, back pain.

I use aspirin for my menstrual pain. My period is the worst period of the month, because it is extremely painful. But to deal with that, I use aspirin which is not bad. It relieves the pain at 80%, and since I have been using it, I can handle my period better, because it use to be so painful that I won't even go to school at all.

I was hospitalized after my pulse went through the roof when I took Zomig. It was attributed to an allergic reaction, so unfortunately this triptan is no long available to me (I still take Maxalt and Imitrex). However, my dad takes Zomig regularly and does quite well with it when he combines it with a painkiller.
