When I first started Ortho-Tri Cyclen (Lo) I was bed-bound with sickness for two days. For the next year I would have morning sickness for the first week of every pill pack each month. I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. I take advil whenever I have a pain that isn't too intense. I've taken it for earaches and it lasts all day but doesn't completely take all the all the pain away unless I take two. This still is the pain killer I take most.

I have been taking Lutera for 3 weeks now and I have never been so tired. No matter how long I sleep I yawn all day, I cant stay focused and I have no energy. I would not recommend this pill to anyone. It was not even prescribed by my doctor the pharmacy gave it to me as an alternative. I will be changing this as soon as possible.

Medrol has been the one prescription that seems to help right away. The up side to this drug is it takes away the pain the inflammation makes and gives me energy. The down side is the potential side effects can be very bad.

I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. Also, when I broke my foot and had tendonitis I was given prescription 800mg ibuprofen and it was the best thing for the pain and inflammation. I would rather take Ibuprofen then any o...
