Fluoxetine changed my personality dramatically. From being an overworriying, fearful, shy, caring guy to a agressive, irritable, not-caring one. I hate it soooo much this new person that fluoxetine has induced on me. Highly prrefer my anxiety than this. Also emotional flatness and loss of libido were severe. DON'T LET PEOPLE FOOL YOU, THIS DRUG IS POWERFUL AND CHANGE YOUR PERSONALITY.

I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily.
