Not sure I want to continue this drug due to the bloating and concern about the long-term affects. Was off it for less than a week and the bloating went away--nearly 5 lbs' worth. What replaced it was the worst heartburn I have ever had in my life. Got my refill and now the bloat is back. Heartburn is gone, however.

I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I have taken this pill for almost 2 years now and have learned that my body likes steady state pills a lot more than tri cycles. The only side effect I had was a small stomach ache within an hour of taking the pill for the first couple days, and it was barely noticable.
