This stuff is awesome,but be prepared to be on it for life. Your body stops making it. It's no fun when you don't have this stuff. Believe me. This is the elixir of life. Highly recommended.

I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. After I eat, I take the Prilosec OTC, and my reflux is well controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is controlled with the Prilosec OTC.
