I tried for 5 days,and had all the worst symptoms you can. I even lost my mojo. After 5 days I stopped taking the medicine cold turkey, got my mojo back, and during withdraw I had the nicest dreams. I am going back to 5-HTP and other naturopathic anti depressants. They worked best for me. Better then being high all day and not sleeping for more then 2 hours at a time.

Benadryl is a very fast-acting medication and is 100% effective in my case. However, within a half an hour, I am knocked out as a result of the drowsiness effect. I usually sleep for long hours after taking the medication and feel groggy and lazy once waking up. Although my allergies are cleared up, I don't like sleeping the rest of the day or the feeling I get after waking up.

I have been very please with Humira. When I was diagnosed with RA and PSA, I wasn't sure I could ever get relief. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks my Psoriasis cleared completely and the pain, swelling, and fatigue lifted shortly thereafter. I have to admit, it is not a pleasure to always know I have to give myself the shot, but the relief I get outweighs the fear. I actually have a life back. I became extremely angry with loved ones, lashing out, and almost lost my family. Since switching to Advair, I am no longer angry all the time and my family is whole again. I still carry an albuterol inhaler just in case, but the Advair was a miraculous change in both my level of asthma and my well-being mentally.

I was very happy with Yasmin, until I started having full-body numbness. I went to several doctors who ruled out thyroid problems, not enough B-12 or Iron, and nervous system problems. Then I read up on numbness being a symptom, asked my doctor about it and she changed me over to Sprintec until I figure out what birth control I want to go on long-term.
