epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.

I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. I have been on lipitor since Dec. 2008 and I was having pain in my legs. I told my Doctor in March 2009 the last time and he reassured me that it was unlikely to be lipitor. I continued to take it until April 26, 2009. Days before the pain had gotten so bad that I couldn't sleep, stand ,walk or sit. When I was still I had a dull throbbing pain in my muscles. I started taking it a few months ago, and the only real side effects I'm seeing is fatigue and about a week before my period I get very bad headaches. Other than that, no problems! My sister on the other hand, gained at least 15-20 pounds instantly and would get very dizzy and disoriented before her period. She had to change to Femcom.
