I've been taking it for a very long time now. It works well for me. I see that it kind of wears off after about 7 hours, but I don’t feel like it’s a huge difference once the effect is gone. When I was in school it helped me concentrate and I went from being a D student to an A/B student. It just really helped me pay attention. I would really recommend this medication to anyone who has ADD/ADHD.

I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. It started with puffy feet and then swollen legs and then feeling bloated in my stomach. I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal.
