Trazodone has helped with my insomnia and has made it easier for me to sleep. It also does not make me groggy in the morning when I wake up. However, I see a significant difference in effectiveness depending on what pharmacy I get it from.

withdraw VERY slowly, what the hell did this do to my mind? it took a month before i didnt feel like crap, i tapered down too quickly, its been a week, ihave psycotic daydream lack of sleep, lightheaded every 10-200 sec., but it was nice and flat for 3 yrs.

It works, but not great. I have to take twice the recommended dosage (which I probably shouldn't) just to get some effect. I do still take it most mornings, though, because I have year-round allergies and sinus problems and usually wake up with a lot of congestion. On the plus side, a couple of tablets in the morning will usually decongest me enough to get me through the day. It does occasionally make me thirsty and tired.

Didn't do anything for my depression and Anxiety, but my severe migraines have just about disappeared, so that makes it worth to keep taking and I will ocntinue taking it as long as it helps my migraines as all other migraine medication didnt ever help.

woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. Weak 'jittery' muscles, short of breath, 'feeling faint'.---haven't been to Dr. this mo. but quit these stupid pills today after reading about them! Had already tried Statins with all bad results. I have been taking this medication for about 10 years and I like the results. I had kidney stones for about 4 to 5 episodes in the last 30 years and ever since i was on the Allopurinol I haven't had any kidney stones and I have really enjoyed that !!!
