My daughter already had two autoimmune conditions - psoriasis and urticaria (hives), but she had never had trouble with vaccines before. After the first HPV, she developed Raynauds. I was on Binicar for 3 weeks with no reduction in blood pressure. My values were 150/90 (monitored for three weeks with cuff) Dr put me on Azor. 5mg/20mg Four (4) hours after first dose BP was 135/72. I will continue to document reading for 1 month to see if the values remain low at different times of the day.

I am possibly taking agomelatine. I have been on a study for about a month now (there is 1/4 chance I am receiving a placebo.) It might not be related at all but since I am taking this medication, I often wake up in the morning and my penis hurt. As if the blood pressure was too high. Not too sure what to do. It usually dont last more than an hour and I never have this problem during the day, its always early morning and it actually wakes me up because it is so painful.
