I went from a healthy weight of 140 (normal for my size) to 180 in less than 2 months. It came from nowhere, no changes in diet were made to have effected the weight gain. I suffered head trauma with multiple lacerations to my face and lips, along with severe swelling and bruising. I was prescribed vicodin to relieve my pain. When I took the vicodin I felt less socially inhibited and talked much more frequently than normal.

I was on so many medications, it is difficult to differentiate which medication was causing what side effect. The psychiatrist at the residential treatment center put me on the benadryl because I was unable to sleep more than 2 hours per night. The trazadone was not helping me sleep either.
