i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

Taking this drug made me very ill, after 5 weeks of taking it with no apparent side effects and being pleased to have given up smoking I suddenly started to find my legs shaky, in the next 6 weeks the side effects increased, I experienced severe panic attacks, constant shaking and muscle spasms, muscle weakness, pain in my joints and heart palpatations, to name only a few. Zyrtec works best for me out of all of the allergy drugs on the market. The only problem I have is that you need to start taking it weeks before allergy season in order for it to be effective.

For me Lexapro was of great help. It reduced my major depression and obsessions significantly. Lexapro is much better than Paroxetine, Duloxetine in terms of sideffects (both of which have so much sideffects atleast for me). Paxil and duloxetine have many bad reports from users. Best to start with Lexapro, Sertraline Or Fluxetine. These have been shown to be most safer for all in general

Six weeks with a Chinese MD acupucturist/herbalist drastically reduced my rapid heart rate, shakes and in general improved symptoms. If you can find a good Chinese-trained one, try acupuncture. Its not a cure but may be good for symptom control. Research at Harvard has shown it is effective for womens hormone problems and back pain.
