Bactrim wasn't very fast-acting. I recall having to take it over long periods of time. However, in the long run it is surely effective.

Cyclobenzaprine did help relieve my pain and my muscle spasms, however I believe that the negative side effects outweighed the benefits of the medication. Almost immediately after ingesting half of the recommened dose, I began to feel extremely drowsy. I am on day 8 of prevpac for h pylori gastritis. Diarrhea, strange taste in mouth and dry mouth started from day 1, but they did not bother me so much. From day 6 I started stomachache and severe fatigue, tachycardia. I am wondering whether I should stop the med. I learned that in Japan this same combination of medications are prescribed only for 7 days as the standard treatment for h pylori and there is much higher incidence of h pylori infection in Japan. Although this medication works well for my hypertension, it usually gives me shoulder pain and because of that, I can't lift my arm up. Also, I have leg pain sometimes and can't stnad up once I sit down. Stiff leg. I take it in combination with captopril

Was on Ortho tri Cyclen Lo before my pharmacy and insurance company switched me to this generic brand. I experienced a serious decrease in sex drive, which continues to this day. Besides that, the price is much better, and my menstraul cycles are scheduled to the day and time. I did not notice any significant weight gain or loss from this pill. It's worth trying, but if your libido changes as mine did, seek medical attention as soon as possible.
