This benzo is a joke! Doc's are just being cautious by trying these alternatives, thus, not having to prescribe Xanax, Valium, etc. Stand up and tell your doc the truth if isn't working the way you would think

I am a 30 yrold woman with RSD I have a brain injury and have been taking narcotics for the last 3 years. I recently 10 days ago switchd o suboxone for painrelief and to ease wthdrawl. Well I am experoenceing headaches, major anxiey, my feet and hands are very swollen in the mornings and very aslleep I developed a bladder/kidney infection as well I am ready to go back to opioates fo pain relief this is hard.

i think this drug helped me a lot in recovering my depression. in just a week i was healed. i believe that this drug can help everybody who is suffering from depression and mania or shall we say BIPOLAR disorder..

I take 2g per day for pseudotumor cerebri, so I know that is a lot. Diamox has helped my high pressure headaches and helped keep most of the PTC symptoms at bay, however, it does have some issues of its own. Before I began taking a potassium supplement, my energy level was greatly decreased, my blood pressure was EXTREMELY low (about 86/50) on a regular basis and I would experience leg cramps as well as stabbing pains in both my feet and my hands. Prescribed by my doctor after surgery and it was a horrible experience. Did not want to take after the first time. Drug put me in a different mind frame. Very incoherent and dizzy with inability to clear mind. Very strange experience. Better able to tolerate the pain than this drug.

Provigil has significantly affected my performance at work and home. I have energy to do things and think very clearly. It keeps me awake and regulates my sleep cycle. It is rather expensive though. I've developed a tolerance, and my libido is significantly decreased. This has led me to switch stimulants, but I do rate Provigil very highly.
