Using Carbilev for many years has improved my quality of life but I needed Sinemet 200mg at night so that I could function if I got up during the night. Was on Pexola for several years then did not do so well and came off and started Stelivo. Stelivo was used with Carbilev for about 6 months. There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.

I have tried 36 antidepressants during my lifetime and only two worked well for me - lofepramine (you cant get it in the US) and Wellbutrin.. I felt really really tired and lethargic on most other drugs, and some gave me some really nasty side effects - seizures from venlafaxine, suicidal tendencies with prozac, tics, anxiety or severe tiredness with others

Whilst taking this drug has got my thyroid levels back to normal and has sorted out those problems, I am constantly batling cold/flu viruses that my GP and consultant do not take seriously. Thankfully new GP has ordered a batch of blood tests to check I'm not one of the unlucky ones who have their white cells wiped out!
