To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. I was on Imitrex for many years and went through horrible after affects. With Zomig I have some but not nearly as horrid as with Imitrex. I take 5 mg. with Vicodin. I would recommend anyone to try Zomig if you have migraines.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Have been on norethisterone for 2 years to combat the condition, can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. No more disability from the extreme pain, no more exhaustion. I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier.
