I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. Also, when I broke my foot and had tendonitis I was given prescription 800mg ibuprofen and it was the best thing for the pain and inflammation. I would rather take Ibuprofen then any o... I have developed cystocele (mild) and sometimes notice the ring, but before that never noticed anything. Positive effect on blood pressure which was too high on the pill. I need my computer calendar to inform me when to take it out though, as I do sometimes forget. All the positive effects of birth control- less acne, hair and skin less oily, smaller, predictable periods and light to no cramps. I experienced a change in breast size though, over the pill.

have been on Effexor 12 yeas after trying several others Have found the XR dosing not as effective as the 3/times per day. have tried chging medications, however the withdrawal symptoms have not been worth it, so I continue on Effexor, the most effective for me

I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

Very effective against pain. Was taking 10/350 dosage and it was knocking me out at first. Downside is it's very addictive and it doesn't take long to get lulled into the addiction.

Because I had been placed on Numerous BP meds..this was amazing. I did ignore the cough the first few years, and the dizziness..but..on this fourth year it is causing chest pain and skipped breaths. As I have tried so many other BP drugs (not working) I am at a loss. Do I simply deal with this chest pain etc: to maintain this great BP number.?
