I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I stopped for 3 weeks - No issue so I thought I would try 1 pill today (taken on empty stomach except for Coffee) 4 hours later I notice I have a headache and chest tightness. I took one dose of this medicine, got flushed, hot and very lightheaded. Next thing I knew I was on my way to the emergency room via ambulance. The drug made me pass out. I got 16 stiches, a broken nose and 4 staples in my head from my fall. I would not recommend this medicine. Even the emergency room doctor said that this is all to common with this medicine
