This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. Last five weeks have been Blood Pressure 130/84, 138/95, 127/90, 133/85, 129/86. Weight loss has been 4Kg due to diet and exercise. Heart Rate over those 5 weeks was 61, 62, 62, 64, 59 Bpm.

NEVER NEVER never never ever use this product!!! I am not prone to yeast infections. But I had to take an antiobotic for a sinus infection and presto! within 5 days I had a very mild case yeast infection. Nothing major, but I new it was an infection. I have been taking Fosamax for 4 years. The side effects have gotten worse the last two. I do have an irregular heart beat (Supra VT) that has also gotten worse. My last bone density test shows the results to be very minimal if at all.
