Its really good. It helps me relax and I have less pain. I didn't know it was used for anxiety until recently, and now I understand how it works with my muscle spasms. I would reccommend it to others that are having muscle pains. It helps me sleep and makes me feel much better.

My doctor, after drawing and evaluating my blood, suggested that I take an iron supplement. The supplement was an over the counter one, having 150% of the daily value of iron needed in a healthy diet. Since I hardly need meat, she suggested that I buy something with a percentage that high. For the first few weeks that I took it, every time (even with a full stomach) I received painful stomach cramps and became extremely drowsy. I am breastfeeding my son, so these pills were a good option for birth control. When I was on estrogen containing pills, I developed painful cystic acne which left scars, and since Jolivette, I haven't had one pimple. The only things I do not like about Jolivette are a decrease in my breast milk supply, a constant absence of periods, oily hair, and horrible migraines that cannot be helped by otc pain relievers that can last for hours.

This drug was supposed to raise my Hdl, I took it only 3 or 4 times as it really caused my blood sugar to spike. If you are diabetic I would not recommend this
