I have suffered from asthma my whole life and depended on inhalers when I had an attack. Sometimes the attacks were so bad I was put in the hospital. Since I started taking accolate I have not had any serious attacks or been hospitalized for asthma. It has worked great for me and I only use an inhaler when needed for minor asthma attacks.

I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! I am having surgery in 4 days at 19 to have 50% of my liver removed because Lutera gave me a liver adenoma. Yes at 18 I found out I had a rumor in my liver. And now at 19 it's causing enough pain and problems it must come out. Do not. I repeat do NOT take this birthcontrol!!!

One time I had a cold and I took some Vitaminc C to boost my immune system and it felt as thought the cold was shorter, but I am 100% sure that it was because of the vitamin C and not other cold medications I was taking at the time.
