Wow, I wish someone would have told me about Zyflamend before now. It is GREAT for my joint pain in my knees and ankles. I have been absolutely amazed by the almost immediate improvment upon taking it. My only complaint is that it doesn't last 24 hours and late in the evenings the joint pain returns. But I certainly look forward to taking it again in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the day.

I have no sex drive, either.. also I have been MOODY. I'm like the work cheerleader, so being moody is not working with me or my co-workers or the boyfriend. I am switching next week.

Worked well for me. It really does take my allergies away very fast. Even though it makes me sleepy, it helpes me feel much better. Only problem I've ever had is that it makes me sleepy and I have weird dreams that feel very real.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. I have not experienced any sideeffects or bad reactions to AZOR. I tried Benicar for 3 weeks but it did not lower the my diastolic BP. Before Benicar I had values of 150/85. With Benicar 130/90. The AZOR numbers are consistantly 100/64. I documented all results in an excel spreadsheet and gave them to my doctor. I use a blood pressure cuff just like the Dr uses and a Littman scope. My weight is 170lbs, ht 5ft 9 in. I give AZOR an A+

Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for.
