Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. I started taking it almost daily for about two weeks when my knee was bothering me. It worked so well that it became habit because I am on my feet all day at work. Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

My daughter was given Yaz because she had horrible cramps and fatigue during her periods. Within 3 weeks she had pain in the back of her thigh - mostly while walking up stairs.
