I've been on it for just over a month. For the past 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to sleep through the night. I sleep for about 4-5 hours, then wake up repeatedly for the rest of the night (~5-12 times each night, so far) on my placebo week I had 2 very intense nightmares, the first about my boyfriend dying & the second about accidentally killing my cat. 15mg for 1 week extreme sleeping pills make you like a mong in the morning after week 1 i increased to 30 mg less drowsiness still require loads of sleep appitite increased which is not good for me. i would say these pills just mong you out and make you not care rather than improving your mood but im only in week 3 i shall persivere.

I have been taking Spiriva for many years. I have COPD even though I have never smoked. It worked well for me until recently....I am now 71....I have had many side effects, including urinary tract infections, severe constipation, depression, blurred vision, dry mouth. I have no other choice but stop taking this drug. I believe these side effects happen after taking for several years. Ortho-tricyclen has prevented pregnancy. However, part of the reason I started taking it was to clear up acne and regulate my menstrual cycle. I still have mild acne, and I still have slightly irregular periods.

All my life people described me as being laid-back and happy. But my first year of college I became sad and impatient and moody. Everyone thought I was homesick or having a hard time adjusting to school. When I went to the university clinic to get a new prescription for birth control they gave me a free generic. Fascinating side effect! Did you talk to your doctor about it? A study last year did find that cytomegalovirus (CMV), a very common viral infection that affects nearly everyone by the age of 40, does in fact cause high blood pressure in some lab mice, especially in conjunction with a high cholesterol diet.
