It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.

I've developed a lump in my breast since using the patch. I also have sharp pains in both my breasts since using the patch. My vision has become extremely blurred and I have to wear glasses since using the patch. I've been using Vivelle for about 14 months now. It helps with hot flashes, but the price is too high to pay since my vision is still decreasing. I'm going to stop using it.

Taking diamox for IIH. Along with the diamox and losing weight, my eye pressure has gone down and my field vision is better, still have a blurry spot in vision due to nerve damage. Swollen eye disc has reduced and no hemmoraging now in optic nerves. I have experienced mild to severe tingling and stabbing pains in hands/feet and now taking Potassium pill, since I'm pre-diabetic and can't eat a banana each day as recommended by Dr. Potassium levels look good and the direction is one of heal... I have no option but to take prednisone but it has destroyed the skin on my legs and it is now paper-thin. I have numerous bruises and am prone to skin-tearing and as a resukt, cellulitis. Prednisone also caused severe cataracts which almost cost me my eye-sight, it has weakened my bones, and elevated my heart beat.
