My life has been taken from me - I can't do anything that I once enjoyed. Have had to drop out of college since I can't see to read, or think (brain fog), I can't get around without crutches or a wheelchair, can't drive a car anymore, am bedridden with fatigue/pain/migraines/muscle weakness/tremors/fainting spells, and have had very severe seizures. Hospitalized three times.

No longer taking copaxone, as was not effective at all for me. Did like it much better than the interferons, no flu like side effects. MS progressed rapidly while taking it. Did have the immediate post injection reaction once, which is not an allergic reaction. Was scary, but still continued with this therapy. Found out after all the attacks and MRI's that the daily shot was a waste of time and money.

Generally my experience has been good as my blood pressure is now under control.. I am taking three other drugs; Simvastatin 20 mg tablets, 1 per day and Omeprazole 20 mg capsules, 1 per day and 2 Benedryl tablets per night. I have experienced some dizziness, some depression, several bouts of optic migraine, slight to medium daily constipation, some slight weight gain, some memory difficulties (could be age related). So far so good. It is a very easy drug to take. Doesnt cause any nausea/vomiting for me. I like the fact that I have to take it well before eating anything for the day and that I have to take it with a lot of water. This helps me take in a lot of water in the beginning of the day. I dislike that I have to take this for the rest of my life or else my symptoms would come back. But then again, of all drugs, this one is very mild and I have not had any adverse reactions since taking it. So better... View full comment

It's a good drug, it gives me less depression symptoms than other drugs, and since I laready suffer and get treated for depression, most birth controls make me have a few days of hell. this one is much better than the other two I have tried.
