I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. negative side effects outweigh any positive benefits. blurred vision is debilitating as are the constant migraines and stomach gas which comes out in the form of constant burping and bloating.

Zoloft has completely changed my life. For the first time I am actually happy and my severe OCD is finally under control! I would recommend it to anyone esp those with OCD. No side effects except weight gain...I gained 20lbs in 3 months. But besides that, the best anti-depressent ive ever taken. Horrible. Have been on it this go around for 2 weeks. I have broken out in acne all over my face, gained 6 pounds literally overnight, my throat has felt swollen for 2 days and my stomach is horribly bloated. I am taking this for endometriosis, and frankly I would rather keep dealing with it than taking these pills. I was on them years ago before my kids were born and did not notice these issues.

Melatonin only seems to work for a couple times. Then my body must get used to it, because it stops working for insomnia.
