Stopped taking it because the excessive weight gain was depressing. Also didn't enjoy being hungry all the time. Did experience mild improvement in depression, but not enough to make me want to keep taking it considering how the weight gain negatively impacted my mood.

Has anyone experienced severe diarrhea from the Zyflamend? After taking it for 5 weeks and experiencing little relief of my back and leg pain I now have had diarrhea for several days. I have discontinued the Zyflamend and wonder how long it takes for the diarrhea to stop.

I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years and I loved it. Little to no cramps, 2-3 day light periods. Everything was great. Suddenly I started getting yeast infections. The first one was the last week before my period. It went away when I had my period, but came back three days after I put in a new ring. And lasted for 2 weeks. Pain controlled.....lowered prescription, because I had trouble sleeping. I was taking 4-6 100mg a day for pain after extensive dental work. Lowered to 2 100mg after 3 days for a total of 8 days.
