To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. This medication made me feel worse. It is the worst medication I have ever taken. My doctor warned me that it might give me a bad taste in my mouth, but the taste didn’t bother me. What bothered me the most was the feeling it gave me. I became very nauseated and I couldn’t eat anything without almost vomiting. My stomach was in knots and I was very lightheaded. I would NEVER take this medication again.

Not bringing down the sugars as aggressively as I would like. I noticed that my neuropathy has increased with the use of the drug. The tips of my toes and thumbs are number than normal while on this drug.

When I started taking Benzaclin, I didn't have any insurance coverage so I paid over 150 dollars for a tube of it. While it was very effective and did not dry out my skin, I could only use it for a short time because I couldn't afford it!
