Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication. I am very pleased to report no side effects except for a slight decrease in appetite. The doctor told me take aspirin once a day to help thin my blood. So besides the fact that it relieves headaches and pain, I have no side effects from this medication, and I dont know how effective it is because it thins my blood so I dont know much effect it has done.
