I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.

Yaz was the worst birth control I had ever taken. The only thing I was grateful for was the increase in bust size! If I missed a pill one day and took two the next day, I would feel as if a truck hit me - the headache and nausea was absolutely unbearable.

I was also put on an anti depressant because my doctor thought i was depressed because I broke down crying in his office when he asked me how i was feeling, whether i was having suicidal thoughts or not. Turns out its these damn pills that are making me feel crazy. i have a chronic rash that I can't determine what it is being caused by and wonder if the Bitter Orange is the cause. The rash actually began before I started taking bitter orange and I've attributed the rash to 2 other things, Sucralose (splenda) and my hormones, both of which I have stopped. I realize that any medication or supplement can cause an allergic reaction, but if I were allergic to BO, wouldn't I have other symptoms, not just the rash?

I play a lot of sports and only take this as needed which is 1 to 2 tablets per week (50mg/tablet). I find it very effective for my lifestyle in helping me enjoy playing as hard as I do. I find Ultram to be quite effective at controlling pain from sports injuries for considerably longer than vicodin with reduced dry mouth, reduced constipation, less inflamation and I remain more mentally alert.
