anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. after 3 A1c tests that were getting worse and taking more and more Lantus, I quit it totally because when I upped the dose my blood pressure went up as well. I had pain in both hands having gained 15 pounds as well. After one week of quitting, my weight went down 8 pounds and I no longer have pain in my hands. I will never take that stuff again. My sugars have been down significantly, staying between 90 and 100 in the mornings without it....

I was diagnosed with sinus infection and prescribed Levaquin on 3 separate occasions, all within an 18 month span. In all three instances, the Levaquin cleared up the infection, but after the third round of drug therapy, I experienced a drastic change in personality. I became severely depressed, entertained suicidal thoughts, became very confused and disoriented, and suffered constant joint pain. In general, I felt terrible!
