29 Mar 2010 Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. But it only took two days for me to get used to the bad taste. Besides the taste, there is nothing bad about it. It works very well and helps with my allergies.
