Oxycodone HCl is far and away the best drug available in the UK for chronic pain. The problem is the blatant lie on box and PIL that the duration of action is 12 hours. In my experience I begin to feel pain at around six and am in agony again by 6.5-7 hours after taking. I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better. Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.
