Not 100% sure if all symptoms are due to taking carbimazole but have stiffness and pains in leg muscles and knees and also arms. Also seem to be bruising more easily and have hemaeroids and though not causing pain they are bleeding which is not coinciding with a bowel movement bleeding when passing urine, in between going to the toilet and when asleep. It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. It is pointless taking it after 3pm you wont get the best use of it. Most Drs are very ignorant in its use and wont prescribe even the minimum amount... View full comment

Isotretinoin was extremely effective in treating my severe acne, but the side effects were disconcerting. The usual side effects were bearable, but I experienced some unlisted ones such as a significant decrease in sexual drive. I also encountered episodes of erectile dysfunction while on the medication.

i enjoyed the effects of ritalin, however the effects of the drug started very quickly and ended abruptly. i had a lot of mood swings during this time as well and no appetite. i also gained weight while on this medication as when i took it i had no appetite, and when i was off of the medication I overcompensated.
