I like Zicam because it gets rid of my very stuffy nose when I have allergies, i just spray it once or twice and it gets rid of my congestion and stuffy nose. Overall good medication to get rid of allergic congestion.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. Taking too early in the morning means I'll have a dry mouth while trying to work/talk with people. Taking too late causes insomnia from the steriod. Occasionally causes a pretty significant headache. I'm only able to take it once/day in the middle of the day due to unplesant side effects. However my breathing has gotten much better
