Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. My appetite has greatly increased. So I'm eating more claories. Even though I excercise regularly I have put on a few pounds. Will this stabilize or stay the same?

I suffer from horrible headaches. I also get tension headaches and migraines. I take preventative medication (topamax) for my migraines but sometimes I still get one here and there. When I do get a bad migraine I usually take maxalt, but when it is not available to me I stick to what work has always worked in the past and that is ibuprofen. For the typical bad headache or tension headache, 600 or 800 mg of Ibuprofen just knocks the headache right out so I do not have to repeat the dose later... View full comment
