Since being on Lantus, I've noticed an increase in arthritic pain and swelling of the knee joints. Some days it's difficult for me to walk I'm in so much pain. My finger joints are now inflammed and adding to the pain I'm already in. I've also gained weight and that angers me after I worked so hard to lose the weight. Horrible experience! daughter experienced seizures and major depression after taking it. At first it can seem subtle....decreasing appetite and intake of liquid...which can lead to sodium deficiency....which can lead to seizures... our experience was very frightening.

GREAT drug for Attention Deficit. I'd have LAZER TIGHT focus while on this drug (and felt like I could work f or days and my confidence was well boosted....only problem is that I've grown a tolerance to this drug over time and it's effectiveness has diminished.

I am taking N-plate for over twp months now and have no side effects at all. My platelet counts are now steady to 50-70. 000 I cannot complain, I prefer it from prednisone treatment or a splenectomy.
