Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I'm 17 years old and it's almost 2 years that i have been consuming banslochan in heavy doses. I think I'm addicted and I just can't stop eating it, can you please explain it's disadvantages.

I have had pain in my muscles and joints as well as severe pain in my left arm/hand. My ability to do resistence (weight) training has been diminished. I can not lift as much weight and the weight I do lift, I cannot do as many reps. I get extremely dizzy if any exercise involves stooping or bending.
