THIS DRUG PERMANENTLY CASTRATED ME. I took 10 mg a day for 5 weeks and lost all sexual function. It has been a year after discontinuation and I have not regained my libido, arousal, desire. Am completely asexual. I am not taking any drugs and have not taken any before in my life. Will most likely commit suicide. THANKS LUNDBECK! I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!!!

I take this drug because I had a total thyroidectemy...it now replaces what the horomones that the thyroid creates. I have always had an easy time taking it, no serious side effects. The real key is remembering to take it every day!

I have had simular issues. I first started taking chantix Oct 29, 2008. I had terrible abdominal pain and severe nausea. So, I convinced myself to continue taking the drug because I thought nausea and abdominal pain was better than continuing to smoke. Boy was I wrong. I quit smoking on Nov 15, 2008 AND quit taking chantix 3 days later. I knew I had to because chantix was making me very ill. I was quite distressed that I had to come off Celebrex. I experienced an ulcer and upper GI bleeding. Previously, I was taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen for arthritis but the Ibuprofen was hideous and I also experienced an ulcer. Celebrex was the last NSAID in the arsenal for treatment of my arthritis. My knees and back are far worse and I have limited mobility and a higher level of pain now.
