Took this medication to stop my preterm labor; it was AWEFUL. ALthough it worked wonderful and stopped the contractions quicky, the side effects were horrible for me. I also suffer from Anxiety so that may have intensified the side effects.

I think it is a great medication that really helped me quit after almost 30 years smoking. But the first step to be successful is to really want to quit and then Chantix will help with the effects of withdrawal. In my case the side effects were not strong enough to take me out of the path to reach my goal. It is worth it to try.

Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years and I loved it. Little to no cramps, 2-3 day light periods. Everything was great. Suddenly I started getting yeast infections.
