No negative side effects and is great for headaches. I prefer tylenol over advil, aleve, motrin, etc.

As I said before, I used this medication for my back pain, and it really worked, it relieved my back and helped me having a better sleep time. I really appreciated it. But I had to use it in combinayion with paracetamol.
