It took some time to adjust the medication. The initial dose was too high for me. I was crying, upset and had not motivation to be active. After the dose was lowered, my happiness returned but some of the pain as returned too.

Doctors changed me from generic Levo to Tirosint. Was fine for the first 6 weeks. At the 6 week mark began to experience pain in my foot which became severe nerve pain, numbness, and tingling in both feet over the course of a 3 weeks. The nerve pain in feet has subsided some, but at the 9-10 week mark began to feel pain when sitting or bending right knee. I have been taking Simcor for a few months too. Beginning in April I was awakened from a sound sleep by the itching. My entire body was sunburn red and I thought I was going to claw my skin off. Tried taking a cold shower, benadryl, anti-itch cream and nothing helped. Finally had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic for a shot and prescription.
