I added 5MG of this, then cut that in half, then cut THAT in half, to 10MG Lisinopril. My BP crashed (83/62), my resting heart rate was 50, and I felt as if I had to remind myself to breathe. I run 2.25 miles a day, this drug killed my sex drive totally (and I only took it for TWO WEEKS), I went back to 1/2 of a 25MG Toprol even though I hate that drug too, because my BP for some reason suddenly increased. I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it. I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully.
